    ... gesture. Mostly we learned to be patient just like the Turks. It seldom pays to rush through anything. Well, I guess emergencies are the exceptions. So many great people like Volcan the day clerk at our last hotel. Or Vely at Pamukkale. Moza in Goreme. The lute-playing Ali who made tea for us and then played his lute for us on his patio at his guesthouse in Istanbul. Can't say enough about Turkish hospitality. And culture. And geography. Istanbul was Turks - and so many spanish speakers, from Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Bolivia, Chile! We heard far more spanish spoken than english. Goreme was Asians and Latinos.     ... sail at 6:00pm. A very narrow entry/exit from the bay, which required a pilot, and very slow speed, therefore lots of time to enjoy the scenery. More photographs.... Dinner, and the Cheese Wars. The usual exchange of stories covering the day in Mamoris. Very nice appetizer of a smoked salmon cannelloni, followed by good old Roast Beef and Yorkshire for me, Chicken Cordon Bleu for Mary Ann (with gravy!!!     ... myself, it was all reflected in those entries. The absolute sureness of the ending to my story, and the correct path that it was taking, it felt so good and romantic.
