... assistant at American Airlines did her best to rectify this, but eventually she called qantas for us and after standing at her counter on hold with them for 2 hours, we were rescheduled on a Delta flight at 8pm. ... are all assuming that if it is only one...it is sure to be Jan's.

I am sure you are already gauging the sympathy level in The Flamingo. They smoke everywhere here in the casino, restaurants on the strip. People ask for money ...

Anyway, we made our way to our budget motel - Ryan had his eyes opened to 'budget' lol. The motel and room itself was fine, all the necessities without the Jazz. The location was the north end of Hollywood boulevard - quiet end in Thai town. About an $8 cab fare from Dolby Theater/TCL Chinese ...

With a pick up at 10am we had a bit of time to grab a quick breakfast at the hotel. This starts us off for the day, and I think we are just about settling in to the time zones. The bus arrives to pick us up dead on time and off we head on a half hour drive to boulder city airport where we are met by our pilot Isaac. I must admit it was comforting to see he was a mature guy who had been flying helicopters for many years. He made us all feel very comfortable ...
