Could you imagine anyone in the modern world trying to build using the same types of materials, the same scale, in the same types of locations and to the same quality? Even when people do not work they still pay taxes. Prior to the Olympics taxi owners were encouraged to buy any new car and the government would pay them 60% of the cost. Payments have still not been made.
