Hanul Crasmarita Buzau

Pe la sfarsitul secolului XIX si inceputul secolului XX, pe dealurile molcome ale Prahovei si Dambovitei si-au facut aparitia cativa samsari de pamanturi. Cautau mosii mici si asezate in vale, in luncile umede ale raurilor, starnind uimirea localnicilor prin pretul ridicat pe care il ofereau pentru cele mai proaste pamanturi. Erau agentii veneticilor sositi prin targul Bucurestiului, ale unui soi nou de venetici , popositi aici de prin Englitera si Francia sau nemti ...

... de bun venit se intinde, mai mare sau mai mic, un cimitir. A trebuit sa ajung la Slobozia ca sa realizez acest lucru.


Atunci cand intrii in Timisoara, daca vei venii dinspre nord, de la Lipova sau Arad bunaoara, te intampina Cimitirul Eroilor si cel Evreiesc. Aici avem chiparosi, dar pe vremea asta copacii sunt, ca si la Slobozia, pe jumatate dezgoliti. La fel ca la Slobozia, capelele se inalta darapanate ...

... si-au gasit locul intr-un cort, in mijlocul unei parcari care vrea sa prezinte ofertele auto ale sezonului. Deci ar fi cam un targ mixt auto si imobiliar in acelasi timp.

Traversez parcarea care prezinta cateva berline, cateva jeepuri, un cabriolet decapotabil si o barca cu motor pentru smecherii de Bucuresti si intru in sfarsit in cortul ce gazduieste targul imobiliar.

Marele targ cuprinde vreo douazeci de firme, mai mult sau mai putin imobiliare ...

... were mini-buses from Buzau to Brasov, so we may not end up sleeping in a random city after all. At a little after 5 it was time to get off the train. We were 2 of like 5 people getting off in Buzau (of course, why wouldn't we be)!! The 1st thing we had to do was find either an exchange office or an ATM since we didn't have any money. I left Meghan guarding our bags while I went ATM hunting. Luckily there was an ATM at the front of the station. However, my card was declined ...

Brasov is where all the tourists go in Romania, in the heart of Transylvania, Dracula country. So I spend a day doing that, walking through the old castle and all.
