This is also where I made friends with Ren (the 2 year old) Tumama (his toy bunny rabbit) and his parents who spoke minimal english, they were just adorable visiting from Guangzhou for a family holiday. Today we had a delightful day in Qingdao, China. Qingdao is beautiful coastal city with an interesting history. The city is sometimes referred to as the Switzerland of the east because it is surrounded by water on three sides and beautiful green hills on the other. It has a population of over 8 million and is a popular tourist attraction for the Chinese and Korean's due to its beaches and mild climate.

We enjoy different beers until 4 pm and head back to the hotel for a short nap. After the dinner we go to the beer street to watch the crowd and do more beer testing. We finish 2 pitchers of beer among 3 of us, John, Jacob and me. We hang out in a bar until 11 pm.

We start our journey at 7.30 am to go direct to Qing Dao instead of staying overnight in Lian Yung Gang. We plan to stay 2 nights in Qing Dao to enjoy Tsing Tao Beer. Today we visit the tomb of the sixth generation of King Chu called Guishan Han Mu where we spend 2 hours. From there we are following the local road that is very uncomfortable to drive. It is full of tricycles and small ...
