Plane ride was smooth. Just difficult to sleep and I didn't get much sleep the day before I left O'Town so I need a shot of adrenaline to kick in. Since we have a 7 hr layover here in Frankfurt we decided to get out and about. Took the train to the ...

Look forward to meeting the rest of Melitta's family in the next few days before we fly to Barcelona.

... 16 gardens in this area - and it is very peaceful and quiet! Erika and Manfred like to spend the summer days in the garden, and Philipp (Katherina and Pascal's son) loves to come here to play in the garden with Erika and Manfred (his Great Opa and Oma).

Next we headed to the river Rhein for a ferry ride between Rudesheim and Bringen. Luckily, it poured with rain while we were on the ferry and had stopped ...
