      We loved this place. We had a room with a balcony on the third floor overlooking busy Hang Bac street. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Free internet was a big bonus too - as was the great restaurant across the way that did super omelettes! Great location and vibe.

      We arrived back in Hanoi for Tet - Lunar New Year. So that evening we stopped for a beer, took a long nap and went out to see the fireworks. We were amazed at the amount of people the streets were full. The fireworks were over 15 minutes and pretty good my favourite were the ones that came out as stars- pretty impressive : ). After the show we stopped for a coffee and ice cream before wondering the streets ...

      ... competition where u do tequila and a jaeger bomb together. A guy was singing live and we all has a good ol boogie. Me = 'smashit' lived up to my name & smashed a bottle of beer on the dance floor... DOH!

      Next day we failed to get up for 8am to go on the trip..quite hard to make an 8am coach when our eyelids didnt open until 9am. BIG OOOPS. So we called them and were extremely lucky to move our booking to the next day. Thank goodness. Back to bed we went!!!
