    Fantastic hotel amazing staff, great location in old quater of hanoi. Cannot fault this place.... Not right in the centre of old quarter but away from the touristy bars

    The hospitality of the staff was just incomparable. Best staff ever. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great too.
