In other words, the wind that was forecast to be here all day had gone, leaving the sea lumpy but dying down. This remained the case until around 17:00 when it suddenly came back, still from the SW and blowing strongly again. Flew in to Copenhagen on this tiny plane. Only an hour flight over from Germany. Straight onto the train to Solvesborg where Ace states "Let the rock begin". Plenty of rock types on the train dressed like they are from the 80s

At the train station we hailed a taxi and met a fellow called Amir. Originally from Iran he now lives in Sweden and tells us he is a qualified engineer but is just driving taxis this weekend for some extra cash. We decide that ...

    Day One For Glass

... move to the studio, where we think it’s a good idea to dance to old school music as the fumes from the furnace filter in. what an even better idea is to sleep in the lounge room Elna and Herman have set up on an amazing second floor of the studio. Amongst the couches and lamps and the other debris we have a beautiful view down onto the studio – the amazing glass flower piece take up one window, the glow from the furnace lights the instruments around, playing shadows on the walls. Lights ...
