I booked my flights with China Southern because they were around a quarter the price of Qantas, but after booking i read lots of bad reviews. Unhelpful staff, old plane, no legroom, no entertainment etc. Etc. ... by being shouted at by a policeman for trying to go down the street we had cycled down before, this time it was not allowed and we were herded off in another direction, we made it back to the hostel though in one piece and retreated to the relative quiet of our room.
