We were off to a soggy start as we drove in heavy rain, lightening, and wind. Dan decided since we were in no hurry, and only going as far as Ashtabula area today, we would take the scenic drive through downtown Cleveland and through East Cleveland. ... it wasn't very interesting so we switched to music on Pandora. Surprisingly we didn't hit any traffic except for an accident on Rt 77 in North Carolina when the traffic was bumper to bumper for about 1/2 hour from Mooresville to Davidson. We arrived back home in Sun City about 11:30.

Overall we drove 1601.9 miles.

After a wonderful day at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame we headed to Little Italy for dinner, What a difference from the day before when everything was closed for the holiday. Now all the restaurants were open with outdoor seating and there were lights, flowers and people everywhere.
