    We had a wonderful day with a morning visit to Richard's daughter, Amy, who has cerebral palsy and spends her work days at a wonderful facility called the Pieters Life Center. From there, we headed west on Route 90 traveling along the NY State Thruway, down Route 271 to the Ohio Route 80 interstate. Enough about roads.

    ... Can't wait to get home tomorrow and see our babies, I really miss the kitties! My mom took really good care of them so they probably won't care when we get home.     ... contest with the White Sox getting an early run and then adding another in the top of the seventh. That was only caused by a terrible fielding error by the Indians. The Indians had their chance to win the game late. They managed to get two on base in the bottom of the ninth, and needed a multi base hit or better to bring the three of them home.     ... the Rookie League Mets a couple of weeks ago; they were awful (mainly due to nothing whatever resembling pitching). Tonight's spectacle promised no better for the future of the Mets' franchise. Pitching tonight wasn't awful, except for one inning during which the Cyclones' pitcher couldn't find the plate with a GPS unit, but the hitting was beyond awful.
