    ... event because of the sound of klaxons and cheering but it turned out to be some kind of huge protest march. We found out on the news later it was a march for awareness for climate change. President Obama is in New York today for a meeting with other world leaders on environmental matters and the march is timed to coincide. It really was like a carnival.     No doubt our baptisms of fire and water yesterday were good for the soul, but so much more were our refreshing night's sleep and the events of today.     The Butler Institute of Art featured lots super colorful abstract stuff, plus American Impressionists and portrait artists. My favorite piece was all purple and based on Romulus and Remus (Rome's foundation myth) and I took a video of it (accidentally erased) and there's no image available online.     ... it will be nice to be able to go to the bathroom when you want and not when you stop for gas breaks! Honestly it is the little things. Thank you alll for following along with us on our trip, I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Will post our final blog tomorrow when we get home!

    P.S. I didn't post many pictures but I took over 1.000 photos. I will do a dvd when we return and will share with anyone who wants to see it.
