The long day of driving included several encounters with slowed traffic and construction. We finally arrived in Gettysburg. We decided to drive through town to see what eating establishments were still open - trying to avoid the quick burger & fries menu. We ended up in the park and decided to go see the Eternal Flame. We get to the Gettysburg outlet mall where we are meeting Leah and her Mum by 11am without realising we pull up right next to them,it's so good to meet them especially after talking to leah for all this time.We go to TGI's for some lunch and have a good chat but they have to leave by12.30 to take Leah's little brother to the doctors.
