A travel blog entry by dobsonda on Jul 24, 2015

Day 28 by Eden We left at 9am. We got to our friends' house in Nebraska at 7pm. It took a long time to get there. Then we met the Epp family: .Adelé, Jakin and Conlen. We had tacos for dinner tonight with our friends. The girls ate our dinner in the treehouse! After dinner we played horses, baby dolls and paper dolls. And we also did dress up clothes. Then we took showers and went to bed. The ...

On no, we are now in central time so we lost another hour.

About 75 miles into Nebraska the wind is ...

... above the dam. I had never experienced this before. We reached our northernmost destination - Princeton Beach about 3 pm, spent about an hour on the beach then started heading back down river.
For the late afternoon lunch, we stopped at a restaurant on the river, and had an outstanding meal at the "Captain's Table."

          What a day!

          Thanks for reading!

... Nebraska about 40 miles on the US81 at about 3.30pm. It was really scary but really amazing, clouds were starting to rotate right above our heads, our ears popped, adrenalin was pumping and then we could see a tornado about 8 miles in the distance. We did it and it was ...
