    ... chance, yet when I got off the subway in Williamsburg it was raining. Did I have my $20 umbrella with me? No. Who carries their umbrella when there's a 10% chance of rain?     ... Her insides is an iron frame and she is skinned with a thin (?5 mm) copper plate. The copper has oxidized which is why she looks green. She stands on a granite pedestal which elevates her to double her height. You will not tire of looking at her. The security around her is intense.
