The journey begins... For the next 17 days, we are going to experience some of the best places Western Europe has to offer. Enjoy the ride: Brussels, Belgium Antwerp, Belgium Amsterdam, Netherlands Paris, France Munich, Germany Innsbruck, Austria Liechtenstein Zurich, Switzerland Lucerne, Switzerland Wengen, Switzerland Geneva, Switzerland St Tropez, France Nice, France Monaco Venice, Italy ...
So we had to decide: Drive straight home; stop and see Antietam then drive home; or, stop and see Gettysburg, then drive home. Antietam seemed to be the easier to see on a short stop and more off the beaten path, so Antietam it was. We wanted to make sure we were on the western side of the Appalachians before the weather came in. So, Gettysburg will have to wait for another day.

Today we left our campground to drop Nash off at the University Animal Hospital and the RV at a self storage facility. After taking care of that we caught a cab to the airport. When we got to the airport our flight was already delayed an hour so we had 3 hours to wait in the airport.
