    ... pleased at our campsite. It overlooks what I think is the Cedar River. It is beautiful and very calming. I noticed that the trees seem different here too. Many of them are more vine-like or seem limp. Like semi-stiff shoestrings. But in the mist of bendy trees would be massive and wide trees. I really like these trees. The bark has deep grooves in it looks thick. We took a brief stroll to explore the area after we set up the tent and ate dinner. ...
