The drive to DC was very scenic, and when we arrived at the very nice campsite we had a tent race to see who could get them up quickest! We were joint second with the winners been the girls who had done 6 weeks of it. It was the last time we'd assemble the tents as a group, as we stayed here 2 nights. ... At 11 PM they announced that on the flight over from London the plane had been struck by lightning and the flight was to be delayed till tomorrow evening as a result.
