          ... in the Science! Flash frozen with super cooled liquid nitrogen! This makes the ice crystals much, much tinier than regular ice cream. The result is super smooth ice cream with a texture like velvet. Its out of this world!

          ... be pretty nasty and bite pretty bad.

          In the afternoon we headed out in the Kayaks with Gwen and Teddy (who very obediently sit in the front of the kayak looking like the captain of the kayak!).           ... where a few of the cats had captured a little field vole in their porch - we managed to capture it and let it outside before it became kitty food!

          Once everyone was up and ready, we headed to the Indiana Dunes which was around an hour drive away and was sooo busy!! Darren still can't get over how it's a lake, but you can't see the other side and its HUGE!! We all sunbathed, relaxed, played games in the lake and ran up/down the dunes for several hours before it was time ...
