    ... upgrade for me. I guess all wasn't lost in terms of customer service with the airlines after all. When my boarding group was called, I gave the agent my passport and boarding pass. As one last thing to get my heart racing, he asked me for my visa! I told him that I was just connecting and Brazil wasn't my final destination. He let me go. Maybe I finally get to enter Brazil now!
