    ... documentary about how our accounts are constantly monitored - TONS of data accessed after 9-11 - the Homeland Security Act - that is actually taking away our freedom - interesting - something to consider - makes me appreciate the importance of face-to-face communication. I realized I've actually had this feeling within our own school system - as if my emails, etc. may be "watched" - hmmm?

    ... Interestingly, though, we kept bumping into Route 66, since it apparently parallels 40 and we've been on so many parts of this, it was humorous. Well, you'd have to be on this trip with us to get the humor.

    ... a u-turn in a parking lot, and wheeled the Altima right into Elvis' driveway. The guard catapulted out of the guard house, saying "You can't drive in here!". His position did not alter even after we explained that we had Zeus in the car, and there were no other options. So, we turned around in the driveway, and snapped one picture out the back window before driving off in feigned disgrace.
