    ... and then locks where the little boats would be able to pass through.

    We passed by so many corn fields and I think the other fields were potatoes. It is amazing how much land is out there. We did not see any farm equipment plowing the fields, probably too early in the growing season. I believe it is cattle corn.

    We both had visited Green Lakes State Park over the years but had never camped there, nor hiked the numerous trails the park has to offer.
