      Today was free day with no organised trips so we could have a sleep in, however we still woke up at 0545. We decided on a breakfast in the hotel and then we bought some tickets for a hop - on/off tour bus. Tricia wanted some more trousers so we went looking for a shop, we found Macy's and ended up buying in there. They had a sale on and we paid $12.50 instead of $ 69.00. ...

      ... there is a huge Gold Eagle. But perhaps the most interesting factor in the regeneration program was that the blue Boston subway line was built under the House! There is a subway station located user the basement of the statehouse! Boston's blue line is the second oldest subway line in the US and the oldest line in the US is Boston's green line!
