... hadn't been to the Rotorua caves in New Zealand but for me they were just not as impressive. We all got rather annoyed when we got left locked out of the van in the mid day Texan heat whilst out guide and one member of the group took forever in the caves. The sunburn soon set in. ... into the Big Room which is the biggest cave of limestone in the world! It was fantastic. The artificial lighting used really brought out the natural colours that visitors would not be able to see in the pitch black natural state of the caves. Our Hill Country weekend began Thursday night at the Baylor / Oklahoma football game at Floyd Casey Stadium in Waco. Our Bears broke open a close game late in the first half and ran away with a convincing 41-12 win over the Sooners in front of a sold out crowd and nationally televised audience.
