      I'm not trying to overcomplicate an easy thing. Everyone is gonna tell you what they think. You need to take accountability for your own results. These are just my own thoughts. I'm not a trainer, and I don't want to be one. To be honest the whole industry of personal training is pretty shady. There needs to be harder certification and longer apprentice requirements.
