    ... mountains. At the top they have a huge parking area where you have to park and take a shuttle van up to the actual summit. The viewpoints along the way were nice and the road was wide enough so it wasn't nearly as harrowing as the drive up Mt Washington. Mom was thankful for that and so was I.     ... closed. I was getting worried but we managed to find one restaurant that was open and had great food…Barnsider. I made several calls to hotels from here including the Hampton Inn which was around the corner but they said they were at capacity. It was so confusing how the hotels could be booked up but nothing was open. I then called the Wingate by Wyndham which was a few blocks away and they had a great rate and Chris at the front desk was so sweet ...
