... concert ended and I left about 3:30 and I arrived at the Comfort Inn Cocoa Beach in the early evening. I spent much of the evening watching the Weather Channel account of the Coast Guard’s rescue operation of the HMS Bounty crew after superstorm sandy.
Today’s parting shot comes from Edward Bok: “Make you the world a bit better or more beautiful because you have lived in it.” Bok didn’t just say it, he lived it.

Home for holidays
... to, and I usually don't know half the words. I am not a big fan of lip synching, but I tried it in the van and found that it satisfied my urge to sing and still allowed me to enjoy the song. 1st attempt at fishing on the Skyway Pier
Went fishing on the Sunshine Skyway Fishing Pier to try Bill's luck at fishing. There were a lot of people fishing so we figured the fishing must be good and we were guaranteed to catch some fish for supper!
Tried many different lures but ,,, no luck ,,,, no fish (this time)!
Lots of birds there and LOTS of pelicans. I guess the pelicans get hooked a lot as they try to grab your fish as you're reeling ...

... a house and laboratory -and gardens- in Fort Myers, where Thomas Alba Edison, the great inventor, lived when he came from the north to find a milder climate for his health. His friend Henry Ford also bought a house just some meters apart, sharing the space around, as good firneds (no fence in between).
