Well, we're off--sort of! We're suppose to close on the house at 10:00 tomorrow, Tuesday. We didn't feel like rushing around in the morning & we've been living in the 5th wheel in the driveway all week anyway, so this afternoon we made the 2 mile jaunt to Lake Lavon! We'll probably leave for Ruidoso when we finish at the title company & bank tomorrow, or the next morning if it's too late. Can't wait to get to the cool ...

Woke up to pounding rain. There is a hurricane going over us. We had planned to leave today. Rain and wind are so heavy we decided to stay another day. Thank you Mike and Kelly for your hospitality. 6/16/15 Another long day of driving. Left New Mexico and arrived in Texas. A lot of rain, wind, and flooding. Arrived in Vernon Texas. Stayed at the Rocking A RV Park. ... between El Paso and Dallas so it was a full, smelly bus all the way and again I didn't sleep for 2 and something days. As we came into Dallas and seeing the buildings I did start humming the Dallas theme tune - it was the right thing to do - although somewhat lost on Keith!
