... if I plan on making it there anytime soon. Those beaches in Michigan have a siren song. (We were just there the other day enjoying the Warren Dunes.) From there I will skip across the Erie Canal to the Hudson River and then head south to NYC and then the Jersey Shore. From there, who knows. Who knows if I will even go there? I might wake up tomorrow and decide to go West again. I might check the weather maps and see a hurricane and head straight north, so stay tuned.

Deliriously happy to be in a country that celebrates all of their holidays to such extremes! Due to the whole 'no camera' policy (& the fact that even if they'd been permitted, I'm sure I was shaking too hard to even consider taking photos!) I had to pull these photos off facebook.
