    ... riding, bushwalking, basketball, soccer and an open fire for cold nights. There are plenty of sites cleared for 'trailers' and tents.
    On the way to the camp Jo had remarked that she was interested in seeing 'what Texan people really eat' and breakfast was the beginning.
    Pancakes, breakfast sausage patties, toast, cereal, fresh fruit...nothing too different I'd say.

    ... really wanted to have a steak in TEXAS. Tonight, I was just glad to have air conditioning.

    Finn has been worried about being in tornado country since we hit Oklahoma. I've been watching the Weather Channel alerts online. I even set up a text message alert for the areas we are in just in case. When the wind and lightning rocked the trailer at 2 AM I got unnecessarily worried.     ... the guys went to play golf in Elkhart, and the 3 gals relaxed while entertaining Case and Sophia. We decided to go into Palestine to grab some lunch.
