Mike and I left home this morning at 6:30 am. We wanted to make sure the kids were getting up, ready for school, work, etc. Pretty scary leaving four kids home alone for a week....

Drove 35 south to Charleston, WV, then down the WV turnpike and continued on to Columbia, SC. Picked up 26 east and then 95 south.

Then to the River Walk along the Savannah, sorting River Boats and ferries. It seemed that every other business was an eatery.
Stephen chose well, "Sage", with a Restaurant.com coupon.

... I took a drive to Tybee Island which is about 18 to 20 miles east of Savannah....to the Atlantic Ocean. It was a beautiful drive, we crossed so many water ways and marsh lands.
