    4/22 - we left Myrtle Beach, SC. We really liked it there and would definitely go back.

    We arrived in NC and are staying at the Raleigh Oaks RV Resort in Four Oaks, NC. Its a really nice campground - all newly renovated and in picturesque country setting. It's tough when you only stay a night - you really don't get to do/see much. We would definitely recommend this park.

    ... was long and New York traffic is ridiccccc.

    Got to the Port Authority and met up with Craig and Tola... got our tickets (not before a smoothie from Jamba Juice, nom) and boarded the bus to Stroudsburg.

    We arrived at Stroudsburg and got an awesome welcome, with hugs and excitement from Kendreia and Davia (counselors from last year)... Uncle Craig (the Camp Director) was lovely and took us out for a delicious dinner.... Stuffed, tired and worn ...

    ... sacks. Then it was on to learning how to open & close the Bear Container and why we eat at least 50 feet from our tent. They learned how to take apart and reassemble our cookware, but the biggest hit was working our water filter and ultraviolet light purifier. (They take after mom in the gadget department)

    Tomorrow we set up our tent in the back yard and live life exactly as we would "out there". ...

    ... and still nothing. I screwed around with the stupid thing for 10 minutes and finally pressed the HELP button. And the help I got?? I got to sit and listen to a phone ring, unanswered, for another 5 minutes. Finally, at that point, another car came so I just rode around the barrier. I'll probably end up on America's Most Wanted. Total mileage that day: 1269km, stayed in Howe, Indiana Today was less exciting. I left the hotel and rode to ...
