    Spacious Rooms, Great Location

Room 623 was huge, had a sitting area, desk, microwave and fridge in the bar area. Very clean, the staff was great, anything we needed was there in 5 minutes. Construction all around it but it didn't bother us one bit. Short walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame. Loved it!

    from

True Southern hospitality in a great location!

    from

This is a terrific hotel with a wonderfully accommodating staff who truly exemplify the term 'Southern hospitality' . The location downtown on 4th Street is perfect ...a short walk to the amazing Nashville music scene...Legends Corner, Tootsies, Robert's, and the famous Wild Horse Saloon, where you can take a free line dancing lesson. Our queen size room was enormous. It turned out to be a handicapped accessible room. The hotel bathroom, the biggest I've seen outside of Las Vegas, was wonderful until we tried the walk-in shower. Water covered half of the floor, emptying into a strategically placed drain in the center of the bathroom... But that was the only glitch. When we needed help accessing the internet, a delightful staff member was at our door in minutes with a new cable. He refused to accept a tip! And the (included) hot and cold buffet breakfast offered something for everyone. A wonderful choice for a Nashville visit. By the way, while there, do not miss the Grand Ole Opry (buy tickets way ahead of time), and the really interesting Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum with plenty of fascinating interactive exhibits and films (plan on several hours there).

    from

My new fav hotel in downtown Nashville!

    from

My new fav hotel in downtown Nashville! Hotel recently opened and upon the suggestion of a local I booked a stay there. Very clean and rooms are very spacious, not to mention big flat panel TV. And honestly the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in at a hotel, no joke. They use the temper-pedic mattresses I believe and super comfortable bedding. The hot, free breakfast is quality (for hotel) and the fresh baked cookies are a nice bonus (even if they're ripping off the Doubletree). I just booked another stay for when I return in a few weeks.

    from

    Gorgeous Inside and Out!

    from

Lucky enough to be offered the chance to stay in this brand new establishment in August 07 on a friend's Rewards Night. The lobby is a mix of dark, sleek wood with turquoise accents. There are dramatic floral arrangements and big windows which splash Nashville sun throughout. Quite breathtaking, I must say.

Check-in was a little clunky, but that was in large part to the Rewards booking, not the service rep. All front desk personel were friendly, informative and very prompt with resolutions for guests.

The pool is expansive and the jacuzzi just perfect for soaking weary traveler/tourist bones. The exercise room is full of brand new equipment and located right next to the pool area.

The rooms are decorated in typical Hampton Inn style, but there is an urban twist on the decor that is decidedly Nashville and very inviting. Hilton has done a great job making the Hampton-brand feel like a boutique hotel at a reasonable price and the Nashville location is no exception.

The hotel is located across the street from a wall that has a Willie Nelson mural- a perfect spot for pics for those Willie fans out there. It is also walking distance (about 6 or 7 blocks, uphill, though) to Broadway and Printers Alley.

The hotel sparkles inside and out. Parking is even convenient with a lot and garage on the premises. Getting in/out off of I-40 was a priority for us and the access was flawless, thanks to our GPS directions. Very impressed throughout with the accommodations and Nashville overall.

    Bellissimo, dentro e fuori!!

    from

L'hotel scintilla, all'interno e all'esterno.

    from

    from

    Saturday July 25 - Day 12

We have accomplished our ultimate goal on this trip. Today we crossed into Tennessee, our third and final namesake destination. Tennessee was so excited this morning. We had a full day ahead of us so it was up and on the road by 8:15.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get a picture of Tennessee with the state line sign; it happens to be in the middle of the Mississippi river as you enter into Memphis! We took ...

We both thought Andrew Jackson’s The Hermitage, was a great choice for us to tour. Of all the things we could have picked to do, we are very glad we did this. Having the house and ...

... We get to our houseboat for the grand tour. One room with a bath. It has a washer dryer combo on a closet, directions in Dutch. The coffee pot is an espresso machine. Oh now what! I put in the espresso package they provide, ran water through twice with the one pod and added hot water from the hot water pot and we had a decent cup of coffee! The houseboat is on a corner of two canals. The traffic is not to be believed. Everyone in this city must own a boat, ...

Air conditioning for the week was way over & I immediately shed my travel jeans for cooler options. We bumped our way down the quarter mile drive to the orphanage.
