    ... the Target Center was packed with groups of kids in their matching t-shirts from summer programs at their neighborhood Y. Ryan is a huge WNBA fan and we were all looking forward to seeing Brittney Griner, the huge star who led Baylor to the 2012 NCAA championship and an undefeated season. Brittney plays for Phoenix now, but sadly she was injured and did not play.

    ... at our new house on "Cougar Ridge" in Calgary....

    The kids (Aviva, Adilynn and Isaac) spent most the day preparing a very impressive "grand opening" demonstration for their new "pet store" which is being housed in the crawl space underneath the stairs leading to Grandma and Grandpa's basement.
