... across the river... over the battle of the Bankers... as usual per war... and just north of this area is where the Ohio river converges with the old Miss.

There is a small public park here ... though you might not know it.. as there is some kind of incredible influx of barge activity ... like a giant staging area of Massive Tonka Toys that float....

Well, what we witnessed riding down the highway was indeed significant flooding on all sides of the roads, for miles and miles the entire day.
