We left Forks after another yummy breakfast (waffles) and drove across Washington state to catch a ferry from Bainbridge Island to Seattle. The drive takes about 3 hours. We checked out of the motel at about 10:30 and jumped in the shuttle bus to the airport. 30 minutes later we have our Ford Focus and we are on our way. We start off on the road and we didn't go far before stopping. We saw a Denny's... Grand slam for Louis & an All American steak and hash browns with eggs over easy for me.
