We had a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch. I got the couch and it was comfy.

... good salmon, the really red local type, and veggies. We through it on the grill and had a very late dinner, but it was still light out!

G & M were leaving in the morning and so were we. They were on there way down to the bay area for the weekend. So it was back to bed to get ready for another long day of dragging the elephant down the freeway.

... it was off to bed because traveling all over the west coast takes A LOT out of you. Plus I'm still dealing with that evil cold I caught in Oregon. I'm much better than I was except for a drippy and congested nose, ear pain, and a cough that doesn't seem to want to go away, but that's way better than it was the day before.

Then it was up up up the next morning, and off to Olympic National Park, which is our 5th National Park of this trip.

... imagine after a bottle of tequila the recall of events gets a little hazy but that all part of the fun. We might chill out and watch a bit of that this afternoon. We have been watching an episode of that each night before bed, a little light hearted fun. We streamed the movie Divergent this afternoon, it was really good. We got out of pyjamas at around 4pm. I then searched car rentals in Portland, found a nice cheap one that my Uncle said is pretty good. - Day well ...

... in a very lengthy game of ********. Quite an unexpected turn of events for
Grandma Amy, who retired somewhat later than intended, but no doubt a suitably
interesting last night in what has become one of my favourite cities. Bye bye,
Seattle. If you were a person, you’d be the chilled out cool guy that everyone
loved and that always had a crazy story to share. And if you were a student at
Hogwarts, you would always pass your O.W.L’s with Exceeds ...
