When we left South Dakota we thought we were going north to Duluth MN. We started out, only to find that the electrical problems that had been plaguing us throughout the trip were back in force. Next door to the Hall of fame was a building that housed their gift shop and the original boxing ring from Madison Square Garden in New York City. That ring was used from 1925 to 2007 for some of the most famous boxing matches in history.

It's a beautiful first impression that we get from the falls, and it's nice to see the Canadian side at night from the distance.
We can't wait to see more of the falls and get closer to the water next day.

Dinner at Red Robin-burger and chips. Sadly they put number of calories on the menu which always looks horrific. I think they are trying to kill Americans. Burger alone had 1222 calories. Was worth every one though. Thankfully it was fat free (I'm sure, but the menu didnt clarify that point)
... parking lot directly next door, for the sum of $15 night. We were in the 12th floor with some decent views of Albany. I couldn't see Vermont but I knew we were close. Next morning we had the usual good Hampton breakfast and headed home! To be honest (again), I wrote this entry mostly because I needed a place to review the hotel and mention visiting Bob.
