Today was always going to be a non-event; we had to drive 200+ miles from Henrietta/Rochester to Albany/Troy. The drive on the I90 gave me the chance to fiddle with all the new knobs, dials and levers, but opening the boot, sorry trunk, was beyond me for quite a while. We have been daring and booked a hotel in New York City. Comfort Inn at Manhattan Bridge. They gave a good rate for a 3 night stay, Friday night to Monday morning. They have parking attached and Wes feels he should be able to drive us there. We will have our walking shoes on to cover all the sights. Will even go out at night!
