I found this hotel to be super comfortable, clean, and it had nice amenities. The breakfast was the same as most complementary hotel breakfasts, but it was very fresh. The fitness center had plenty of space and equipment, including free weights, a weight bench and a mat. There are plenty of restaurants near by too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

... time and Robyn and I drove around touristing in the afternoon. Managed to get a dinner reservation last night at the very popular Monterey Fish House restaurant on Del Monte Ave. Very nice clam chowder and sword fish grilled in Cajun spices. Google maps says it is about a seven hour drive to the desert. We'll see. Was a good drive but about 8 hours with stops. It was 97deg when we arrived at about 4:30pm. We ...

We got up and walked the two miles to pick up our rented car, the equivalent of a corolla sized convertible. It was a nice surprise when we made our way to the car bay to discover we'd been given an iconic muscle car, a Chevrolet Camaro convertible. 6 speed gear box, bucket loads of power, great fun. First impressions were great but the honest truth when you looked a little closer at the car was that it had been to hell in its short life. Paintwork was full of cracks and ...

We all got up early this morning and were first into breakfast in the hotel for 6am.....local time, breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff incredibly attentive for that time of day. We got our car from the valet and headed out to Universal Studios which took 30 mins, by getting there for 8am we were able to drive straight in and park. Once we got our tickets which did take ...
