Zuerst kochten und assen wir das Abendessen im Camper auf dem Parkplatz vor unserem Zimmer, danach ging es ab in die Wärme. Ach, war das herrlich! Ein warmes Zimmer, warmes Bett und eine heisse Dusche!!!! Luxus pur!

Heute Morgen sind wir wieder zu den Hopewell Rocks gefahren, um die Gesteinsformationen bei Flut anzuschauen. Das war wirklich recht eindrücklich!<br><br>Bei den Felsen haben wir einem Amerikanischen Ehepaar aus Kalifornien unsere Gezeitentabelle überlassen und sonst noch ein paar Tipps gegeben. ... ferry ride to Winter Harbor. Along the way I caught glimpses of Egg Rock Lighthouse and Mark Island Lighthouse. I explored the tiny non-touristy town of Winter Harbor before returning to Bar Harbor. In the evening I drove out, climbed some rocks along the ocean and viewed Bass Harbor Lighthouse. All in all I drove 217 miles in and around Acadia.
