Dear Friends and Neighbors,
We departed on our little adventure Thursday morning and we'll be heading up Lake Huron around the Bruce Peninsula to Georgian Bay and beyond. A popular stopping point for cruisers entering the bay is Tobermory. We plan on stopping there after our run up Lake Huron and before we head south on Georgian Bay. Where we stop along the way up the lake depends mostly on the weather.

Yesterday we toured the Greenfield Village which is part of the Henry Ford Museum. It was a great day.
We are staying with friends from Florida for the weekend. They live on Lake Huron. Water here is turquoise blue! Unbelievable! We got in a bike ride along the Saint Clair River which connects Lake Huron to Lake Saint Clair this morning along the lake.
We made a quick stop at a KOA in Port Huron just across the Michigan/ Ontario border. This campsite was absolutely massive, with tennis courts, go-karts, pools, skating rinks, batting cages, bumper boats, volleyball and a trillion kids to go with it all. We stopped in to visit Stephanie in a small town of about 70, 000 called Sarnia before we flew back to Vancouver from Detroit. She showed us the sites of this pretty little town including the very picturesque Lake Huron on which the town is set. Departed Algonac about 11:30 AM on the delivery trip to Port Huron
