Go we did at 5 AM the next morning, Thursday the 11th. On our drive from KP to PV. We crossed the border at Port Huron, with little incident, as Homeland Security checked ...

Steve and I have lived here for 17 years - it is the first home we bought together.
Love the house, the town and the property. 2 Acres of nice wooded land - lots of room for the dogs to roam and creates a park like atmosphere for us to enjoy. House is 2100 sq ft - more space then what 2 people should need but it was the perfect buy for us at the time

We spent the winter in anticipation of "The Great Meander on the Little Loop - Part 2"

Spring has now sprung and we are ready to go. We've packed up our rental van and are on our way to Chimney Point, Vermont, for a reunion with Meander, our Grand Banks 36, that we left behind last fall at the conclusion of "The Great Meander on the Little Loop - Part 1"

    • But as my friend Glen taught me, "You can sleep on your boat but you can't sail your house." So we are looking forward to "The Great Meander on the Little Loop (Part 2)" beginning in May 2014. Stay tuned...

      ... issue... should be interesting

As the day ended Dad enlisted our cousin Matt to drive us up to the boat... at 1:30 in the morning. I told him J-man and I both thought he was nuts and Matt responded, "...and you're just realizing this now?"

Our nutty adventure has finally commenced. (And thankfully we do have some silverware, because for a second there we thought all we had was knives. Dad and Jameson made a joke about eating like Klingons.)
