    The first week of September our son, daughter-in-law (Zac and Rebecca) and year old granddaughter (Annie) will be joining us in Nancy for a few days. Annie's first trip,

    Then we will be heading south to Colman, Chamois, Lyon and then over to the Dordogne area - then up to the Loire Valley, Normandy and back to Paris for a few days,

    Want to record this trip - and this is easier than keeping handwritten journals.

    ... cup or snacks. It's the Buccos so of course go to the game, with some maneuvering and quick thinking it all was perfect. Quick diaper change in the bathroom before game, slice of pizza for the beastie (thank god we've made the full switch to real food, no baby food or mush, just making sure pieces are small enough and not too hard to bite through) so off to the game. It reassured me so much because we did it on the fly, as we travel we'll have to think fast ...

    ... the Cheesecake Factory, a chain with a 20 page menu of its 'specialities'. Saturday: John and Phoebe leave for Baltimore where Phoebe is running a triathlon on Sunday. I head to the Heinz History Center for the afternoon and spend the rest of the day with my injured charge Zeus (no dog park for him - not my fault I might add and embarrassingly I have no idea why he's lame).
