This was always one of my favorite overnights at Mesa. And I was excited to see that this company stays at the same hotel that Mesa stayed at. It's just a short walk to the beach, about 10 minutes or so. We got to the hotel and the captain and the first officer were going to go across ...

The whole time I was wishing I was a part of that traffic headed to the beach. At our last site I finished my survey and tried my hand at being a bird dog. I had 2 quail calling roughly 300 yards away and I was going to find them. They sounded like they ...

... the mile long boardwalks, we ducked into a place called "Crocodile Rocks" for a drink. The bar features dueling pianos; the place was packed, the beer was cheap and everybody was in a party mood. There were several bachelorette parties and even more golfers from Canada doing the hoot & holler - everybody was toasting everyone else. The accomplished entertainers provided talented and humorous renditions of well-known sing-along-songs (the theme song for this ...
