To be honest, the only reason to go to Mexico Beach is to eat at Killer Seafood. Lots of beach but the community ambience is kind a meh. ... a bit grittier – surprise!!. It was not what she expected. So many people eat this in the south everyday. We noticed a woman in the restaurant when leaving who had a couple of biscuits with grape jelly and a large plate of grits with big pads of butter and salt and pepper generously applied. Crossing the
Stateline into Florida we were hoping for a little warmer weather than we had
been experiencing.

alternate route Highways 90 & 98 rather than the very busy Interstate 10

Another beautiful day temperature in the 80's. After a bacon and egg breakfast and a walk for Cassie we went to play golf. It was a good round and we saw an Alligator alongside the fifth fairway he was happy to watch us thank goodness.
