After being here a few days, feeling a bit more settled and activated all our tickets we thought we would spend today chilling out by the pool. Later on we plan on going to Epcot and seeing the fireworks which should be fun.
It was nice just lying by the pool although I would have liked more sun and less cloud but at least there was no rain. All we had left to do for the day was pop to Walmart and pick up a ...
Today we went to Discovery Cove. It was an amazing place. First we learnt about snorkelling in a meandering river. Then we moved into a sea cove full of fish and and stingrays. We spent hours snorkelling and interacting with the animals. Then we had some time with a dolphin. We got to touch him and give him / her a kiss and a hug. It took us for a ride each. Ayania was dressed as Princess Jasmine today, thankfully she was convinced to change her shoes in the car park for something more practical. Anyway she was one of at least a 1000 princesses on parade that day. She played the part well :) We spent ...
... a massive one which apparently covered the swimming pool. Finally got to Legoland. The first ride was the "island in the sky" which is like a plate on a stick or a flying merry-go-round. A round thing on a big arm that lifts up high and goes slowly around so you can see all the surrounding area. Apparently it is 30 years old. The park is on a huge lake, and it was a good view, but it really showed us how flat it is here - dead flat everywhere, ...
