    ... the happy hour drinks. I maanged to capture some pics of downtown Houson. Jimmy Doe and Mrs. Doe (my brother and sister in law" got to mix the drinks. It was a win win situation for everybody since we got our pics and drinks. Houston is huge but it is spread all over the place.     ... hike on Valentine's Day (also our anniversary 8 yrs!), we had an absolutely scrumptious meal there. Such a treat!     ... Thursday: today we crossed over into Texas shortly after leaving Vinton and drove as far as Rockport TX - stayed the Sandollar resort. We set up and headed out for a bite to eat.
