Our Italian adventure (our Honeymoon) began the 15th day of September, 2014. Mike and I drove to Columbus Airport, leaving Bucyrus at 8:00 a.m. We got to the Airport plenty early, so we ate breakfast at the Buckeye Hall of Fame Cafe, When we checked in for our flight, wouldn't you know Mike was TSA approved, but not "moi"! Our flight left on time at 12:26 p.m. taking us to Atlanta, where we picked up Alitalia to Rome. We had only a ...

This was a day spent learning the fundamentals of working with the bike to get closer to the full potential of bike, rider, tires and track.

I spent the day with a group in the middle of the novice pack. The first session went well other than some push at the front on the low ...

... with hills, dips, blind corners and a need to get things right for a fast lap.

I've been here many times to watch the ALMS race. I saw the first overall P2 victory when the DHL Penske Porsche RS Spyder beat an Audi P1 car. I've seen Flying Lizard win in GT2 and saw Falken Tire win an exceptionally wet race in GTE.

Compared with the rest of the folks here the night before I am an anomaly. Having ridden up on the bike with ...
