    4. When I give her some banana, I always peel it for her and slice it. Today, as John carried her past the bunch of bananas, she reached out for one.     Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously.     ... I usually do. The train ride was a really comfortable ride all in all so I am really glad I decided to do it and experience Texas even from a train.

    I arrived in Dallas at 5.30pm, which was later than expected because the train had to stop twice to let other trains in and so forth which took 10 minutes sometimes so we ended up 45 minutes later than expected as a result.
