The previous two nights dinner was subpar so we made a conscious decision to end out vacation with a good meal. That is Sabaku Sushi.
After cleaning up after the major sprint down a cliff to beat the thunderstorm we drove to Sabaku at 5pm. As we approached the restaurant we saw a line of people standing there. At least 20 people.....why? …
Beautiful blue skies with a temperature of mid 70s. It's heaven. Can't wait to hike tomorrow in this glorious weather. When we get to Moab we are checking in to the Hampton Inn then head to downtown Moab to by water bladders....we forgot to pack ours....then walk around taking it easy.

The staff was quite nice and the location is perfect for a nice walk to downtown Moab and also to drive to all of the national parks in the area.
