Welcome to Delaware
Interesting to say the least.
We thought Wilmington was the location of the welcome center where we were to meet the adoption ppl to pick up Grem Grem, but it was another 20 min down 95 to Newark... so almost Maryland.
Located in the middle of 95 which i thought was cool so both sides could access it. Huge insde with food places ...
Strategizing....
The flights are booked, hotels are picked out and being booked, now working on the main activities.
We leave next Monday 8/20 on United #66 from PHL to SFO, then #863 from SFO to SYD, landing in Sydney 630am on Wednesday 8/22 at 630am, (430pm Eastern Tuesday 8/21). Yes, the east coast of Australia is 14 hours ahead of the Eastern US.
We only have a quick stop for a day in Sydney to get prepared and do a little walking around. Then we fly up to Cairns ...

Little did we know she lived in what can only be described as a MANSION in a gated community. LUCKY!! When we got there, her first comment was legendary! ...

... I was going to write about DC on here too, but I'll do that on my actual DC entry :)
There's far too much that happened in the 2 months at camp than I can write on here so if there's anything I've missed out, let me know and I'll put it in :)

Almost at Camp :)
After 7 hours on a plane, a 5 hour time difference, a 2 hour bus ride (it was rush hour) from Newark to NYC and a 3 hour bus ride from NYC to Wilmington, I was finally almost at camp. Getting off the bus and seeing Radish was a great feeling, knowing I finally wasn't trying to find my way around America on my own! CAMP TIME!! ...
