... wunderbar, even though I had a cold and couldn't really hear myself...sorry neighbors.

This cold had started a few days before, the day of Thanksgiving. But despite feelings somewhat under the weather, I went with Kyle to the dinner that his friends were hosting. And I must say, it was the most wonderful Thanksgiving ever (although I've only really celebrated it once before). We cooked everything vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free and had such a great ...

Chicago day! We started the day early in Millennium Park where we found "the bean" aka. Cloud Gate, the "spitting fountain" aka. We didn't look at the name, and some funny sculptures of heads. It featured his office, the story of his beginnings, storyboards for a number of cartoons, the real books from Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty that start the movie, an area where they teach you ...

Michael took me on a train, this is on the famous elevated railway that you see in most movies and TV shows with Chicago in them. Along the way we went over the Chicago River and saw the famous line of bridges that connect the north and south roads at this point:

When we got out of the train we went down to street level and it was just like in the movies...

    First stop... Chicago!

It was our first time seeing snow in the middle of a city. Pretty cool!

After checking in, the first thing we do after flying for 16 hours is jump into a cab and tell him to take us to the nearest Best Buy so we could buy sim cards, what ends up happening is WE (more like Will) tell him where the nearest Best Buy is! - because the cabbie didn't even know.

Weatherzone told us it was -1 but feels like -3.7! OMG! Take ...
